Twin Tested: Surf in the City

We first saw the land locked surf method on the hit CBS show "Shark Tank".
Due to the fact that we love surfing (meaning Brooke is really good and Brittany wants to try again) we wanted to give the class a try. We went to Surf in the City which is located in Sugar House and met up with the instructor Jessie. She showed us the ropes and we had a great sweat session!

3 Things to Know:
1. It is just as hard as the real thing, but it is so much more fun than jumping on a treadmill at the gym.
2. Surf in the City burns a lot of calories. It tones up your body, especially around the waist, because of all the balance and stabilization exercises.
3. The classes are great for all ages - they even offer some after school for kids!

We give it two thumbs up!
You will probably see us there sweating next to you. Every person gets a chance to try one class for free so you have no excuse but to try it!
They are doing a special promotion in November where you buy 10 kids classes for $60.
or
3 Adult classes for $25 or 6 Adult classes for $45.
GIVEAWAY
We are giving a month long punch pass away to Surf in the City Fitness in Sugar House.
