Twin Tested: Sleep Helps

My poor husband is regularly woken up at 1 o'clock in the morning by me jumping out of bed, yelling something about being late and rushing to get ready for work. I literally do it all the time and it has got to be pretty annoying. Especially that one time when I started yelling and swearing at him while sleep walking :)
Moral of the story: maybe I should use something to calm me down before I go to bed so that I can stop acting like a crazy person.
So, for this week's Twin Tested we decided to try a few sleep helps to see if they really work.

Sleep Phones:
These are pretty cool. They sync up to your music cordlessly so you don't have to wear headphones. Instead, you have a super soft headband. Great for people that have to sleep in the same bed as someone who snores (I'm not going to name any names...)

Celliant Pillowcase & Mattress Cover:
This is impossible to know if it really works, but I do think have an allergen free, high quality pillowcase makes a different. The plus side, this kind of a pillowcase won't give you wrinkles while you sleep!

Clocky Alarm:
This was quite the disappointment because it takes a lot of effort to get it to work. So if you like putting stuff together (does anyone?), then you should definitely try it. Being woken up by a jumping alarm clock is terrifying.
