Afternoon Tea at Grand America

The Grand America does everything right.

Classy, beautiful interiors with fresh flowers and the yummiest macaroons in Salt Lake City.

They also happen to have afternoon tea for $20 per person.

We went on one of the "oh my gosh I can't believe how cold it is!" days and loved every second.

We started the afternoon with two different kinds of hot cocoa: mint and almond coconut.

The almond coconut will most definitely change your life. It was rich, warm and so decadent.

Then, just to make the fat girl inside super happy, they bring out enough tiny sized food for 10 people.

It was all so good!

The finger sandwiches were my favorite actual food and the hazelnut cake was just as good as my all time favorite from Gourmandise. So... moral of the story if you want to put on a girly dress and sip from fancy china, this makes for a fantastic afternoon.
