Twin Tested: Healthy Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies


My favorite recipe right now:

Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 bananas
1/2 cup almond butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2ish cups rolled oats
1 cup cacao chocolate chips
coconut (optional)

Just mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

***Tip: If my bananas aren't ripe yet, I pop them in the oven on a cookie sheet (with peel still on) at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until the outside browns.

***Butterscotch chips are also an excellent addition, they add a different kind of sweetness.
