Mine are a $5 generic brand. You get one set of clear gel inserts for the ball of your foot, promising to erase pain from any high heel shoe. If anything, they made my heels more uncomfortable, which I didn't think was possible.

Britt's are a $13 package from Dr. Scholl's that comes with 3 sets of full shoe inserts. They were a hit! They provide cushion for your ENTIRE foot - which is key. Plus, you get some bang for your buck.
